As far as the current situation is concerned, if the industrial level is not considered, only the DLP can be compared with the LCD in terms of accuracy;
2、 The price is cheap. LCD is an open source technology. At the same time, the components on the device are much cheaper than SLA and DLP. It is the most cost-effective light curing 3d printer at present;
3、 It is easy to get started and maintain. There is no such projection module as SLA's laser galvo or DLP. LCD can be assembled with a high-resolution light transmission screen and Z-axis module. Its architecture is simple and maintenance is easy;
4、 Consumables are universal. The LCD uses 405mm ultraviolet light. Theoretically, like DLP technology, the consumables used are basically compatible with universal resins. 1、 Key components of LCD: less selectivity of light transmitting screen; At present, the LCD light transmission screen must have good light transmission to the 405 light source, and also need to withstand several hours of high temperature baking. Therefore, the light transmitting screen is the most frequently replaced part among all components of the LCD light curing 3d printer;
2、 The overall print forming size of LCD is too small. Generally, the forming size of LCD printing is 192 * 120mm or 288 * 162mm, and the printing height is mostly 100 to 500. Compared with FDM or industrial light curing 3d printer, the overall forming size of LCD is too small.
